Refund Policy
Refund is NOT our idea, because we always want our customers to feel satisfied with our service and products. Once purchased and downloaded no one can ensure the using and sharing of the files, so there is NO refund following the policy and condition of DIGITAL products.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund if the file is damaged, and there is no way to solve it.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (add-ons, plug-ins, modules, search engines, scripts, etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product.

Requests for a refund are accepted via Contact Form within the period of 7 days after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Policies. A refund is issued to you upon receipt of a Waiver of Copyright signed by you.
